Mô Tả Công Việc

Central Warehouse and Distribution manager is responsible to manage entire activity of the central warehouse and goods distribution to branches (national coverage).
In the role of distribution, he/she will ensure that the products are delivered to the destination on the qood quantity, good quality, timely manner and a good cost.

The person is also responsible to organise the inventory, warehousing, transportation, pick & pack and monitoring the flow of goods in a supply chains.
This position is responsible for ensuring day to day operational efficiency and smooth functioning of the Regional Distribution Centre. Space management, optimum utilization of resources both human and mechanical, proper planning of activities with focus on priorities are the basic requisites which can be attributed to this position. Maintaining cordial relationship with internal/external customers, vendors, associates and colleagues are key for ensuring deliverables are met for this job. Along with productivity target maintenance, the job also entails ensuring proper upkeep of system administration, storage and retrieval systems and health, safety and hygiene requirements are met. The job also entails proper training to be imparted to the reporties to ensure desired benchmarks are met and there is continuous development of people and personnel.


1. Maintains daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
2. Complies with government regulation (Disnaker, BPOM, etc), and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
3. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
4. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
5. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
6. Warehousing map set up & replenish system/flow to ensure the stocks are regularly well control for sales and refill in time for all branches
7. Control Labeling on product with QR code stickers (outsourcing workers) so as to meet sales demand
8. Manage, examine, report on Pick & Pack KPIs to improve efficiency including set up KPI suggestions for CWH ‘s pick & pack quality
9. Train & Piloting the pick pack modules to other Branches/warehouses and targeting 2018, the pick and pack standards shall be done in every branches in HN, DN, CT, HCM, CWH
10. Support other department and branches in reports, project which are related to warehousing, Warehousing system management development, ….
11. Set up and control stock variance (shortage) in/outbound as well as damaged stock amount monthly/yearly
12. Experient & daily conduct systems Orisales, Cumulus, … for daily operation & support 2 Supervisors, staffs in systems
13. Set up KPIs for W/H and submit to OP Manager for approval on better efficiently timely.
14. Lead Stock count monthly/quarterly/timely & reports
15. Others if any

- The person must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, with previous an operation experience of managing warehouse and distritubution, manage the people, including the ability to carry out personnel evaluations, set performance target, and ability to manage change.
- The person will also be client facing therefore excellent comunication and customer service skills are needed as well as the ability to solve problems, negotiations and make decisions, and offer creative solutions.
- The person must have a logical and systematic approach to work as well as having some degree of IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data.

Operation Skills
- Good management and operation skills to ensure operation of warehouse and distribution are in the good performance with SMART KPIs
- Leadership skills
- Strong ability to manage staff, allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
“CAN DO” attitude and inspire staffs to changing needs

Communication skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of the business affecting the Warehouse and Distribution process.
- Negotiation skills
- Strong ability to source suppliers and negotiate rates that are favorable and in line with the company’s budget and targets.
- IT and data analytical skills
- Strong ability to use IT system to analyze and manage stock levels, delivery time, transport cost, as well as to evaluate performance, quality and to plan improvements. SAP usaged is one of advances

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- University degree Bachelor or hold a qualification in Administration or Management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics/operation/supply chain area, preferably from cosmetics industry, with a proven track record of Warehouse and Distribution Management.
- Good leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Understand the importance of customer service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant IT and / or industry standard software related to Inventory/Warehouse/Distribution.
- Fluently in English is a must , & Good at Excel , PPT, SAP system, and or Warehouse Management systems

Benifit
• Monthly products allowance: equivalent to 500k-800k applied after probation 2 months.
• Quarterly bonus: 25% average monthly salary if sales target is reached and having name in salary paid out in the first month of next quarter, applied for staff with 6 months working for Oriflame.
• Annual OP bonus: 1 month salary, basing on average salary, is paid out in Mar based on company expenses is met and applied for working period at least 6 months and up and having name in salary paid out in Mar.
• Annual 13rd salary is applied for staff with 6 months working for Oriflame at least and having name in salary paid out in Dec or Jan.
• Social insurance is applied and monthly covered 31% by Company (not deduct from monthly salary), staff only contributes 1% unemployment insurance as law.
• Health insurance via PVI is applied 24/24 for all staff.
• Salary is increased annual in Jan applied at least from period of 6 months working and up.
• Labor Union organization is set up.
• Salary range: negotiated.
• Working place: 216R quang Trung str., Ward 10, Go Vap Dist, HCMC
• Working time 9AM-6PM from Monday to Fri. Sat is working in the morning.
