Mô Tả Công Việc

The performance and steering team play a critical role in overseeing platform end-to-end user journey from user acquisition to conversion to frequency & retention. The team helps consulting top management in matters related to budgeting decisions and overall performance management across all of the growth channels of Lazada, including but not limited to Online marketing (OM) channels, CRM, Voucher, Buyer Growth hacking activities. This position will have a high level of exposure to high-level management of Lazada as well as a broad stakeholders range within Lazada organization, both local and regional.

Reporting to the VP - User Growth, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing and steering the performance of platform end-to-end user journey from acquisition to conversion to frequency & retention
• Planning, consulting to management & monitoring closely all growth-related budget & budget execution
• Tracking strategic projects’ health and success by evaluating performance and deriving insights via structured analysis in order to influence strategic decisions
• Building new frameworks, delivering analysis and tracking report / dashboard to provide necessary insights for decision-making
• Liaising with all Growth-related function teams & other teams on daily operation and idea input, and together drive the achievement of their business targets
• Coordinating with Regional team on performance reporting and product development roadmap for growth-related product features
• Providing intelligence on competition monitoring and market trends
• Leading and developing the Growth performance steering team

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, advisory, or audit companies with a proven record of successful outcomes
• Experience working with cross-function teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business – both on a macro-level and micro-level
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skill
• High level of business acumen and understanding
• Strong project management experience
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Some experience with Ecommerce / Digital / Performance marketing will be a significant advantage
• Experienced in SQL / Tableau / Power Query or any other data analytical tools is a plus
