Mô Tả Công Việc

Channel Development
• Channel Sales analysis (PSI, Growth, Market share, Visibility etc.)
• Commercial program guideline & planning for channel
• Merchandising/ Communication planning/guidelines for retailers' online & offline resources
• Marketing/Sales program coordination with Sales team & other multi-functional teams
• Engagement with Sales team & Retailers in relevant meetings
Product Initiative Planning (from Sales perspective)
• Build a thorough Sales plan for new product launch: distribution, sell-out, merchandising/communication
• Provide sales guidelines based on company’s vision and strategies in terms of Channel-wise and also product portfolio.
• Guide & Deploy regional/seasonal sales campaigns/programs
• Proactively & closely interact & influence Sales team to make sure of excellent Sales execution in order to deliver Sales target
• Proactively & closely work with internal multi-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Retail, Supply chain…) to facilitate sales execution in the market

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Minimum 2 years of working experience with Sales Operations/Planning/Trade marketing background
• General understanding of channel/market operations (Knowledge of mobile/electronics industry is preferred but not obligatory)
• Data analysis & Strong Excel/ Powerpoint skills
• Strong communication/ negotiation skills
• Oral & Written English command is a must
• Able to look into detail as well as see the big picture
• Capable of working under pressure, Result-oriented with 'can-do' attitude
• Be a team player with supporting spirit
• Pro-active in engaging and following up all execution of assigned projects & plans
