Performance Bonus

Mô Tả Công Việc

Based in Ho Chi Minh City. His/her responsibilities are as follows:
 Drive cluster performance (both on volume and profit).
 Manage local capacity and maximize utilization of feeders on daily basis.
 Optimizing profit on IAS corridors.
 Act as a backup for Marketing and Campaign activities.
 Act as the market expert in the cluster and engage actively with the Head Quarter team in Singapore on market developments and opportunities.

 Able to do research, analysis, and assessment of information and market data to drive the right behaviors and performance for Vietnam and Cambodia.
 Follow up on market intelligence to improve performance.
 Provide directions and guidelines to other teams to push for performance.
 Actively provide updates and market feedback to Revenue Managers and Trade Managers.
 Regular analysis on the low-performance area (volume, revenue, CM1, etc.) and address accordingly.
 Coordinate with other departments for smooth target delivery.
 Teamwork not only within Trade and Marketing but also with other departments.
 Actively contribute initiatives to support process improvements.
 Marketing & Campaign activities are delivered as expected from objectives.
 Willing to switch tasks within TNM scope as and when required.

Principal Accountabilities
 Adopt and communicate Trade strategies to the cluster and enhance execution.
 Execute capacity management & cooperate among teams to maximize utilization (Operations, Maersk, etc.)
 Engage with Revenue Managers/Trade Managers and Sales on market feedback and recommendations.
 Engage with Trade Managers and Country Sales on business development opportunities around customer and product improvement suggestions.
 Ensure compliance with all commercial processes.
 Provide market intelligence data and analysis to drive performance.
 Manage marketing activities as and when required: give away, campaign, promotion, external communication, branding, marketing materials, etc.
 Provide reports to support performance management and other Adhoc reports when required.
 Coordinate with other teams to make sure we have sufficient support to deliver performance (Equipment, operations, etc.)
 Manage free time and at the same time drive for Demurrage and Detention performance.
 Act as backup for Campaign Management.
 Other tasks as assigned by Trade and Marketing Manager.
 Participating in project implementation as an additional assignment when required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

 Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping/ logistics or relevant industry.
 English language proficiency
 Excellent analytical skills, with high interest and flair in market analysis
 Good verbal and written communication skills
 Strength in organizing, planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks within set deadlines
 Proactiveness: identification of what needs to be done and doing it before being asked or before the situation warrants it
 Drive for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency, and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition
 Creative and innovative thinking
 Drive to work systematically and an energetic, positive mindset and attitude
 Team player with proven ability to work under pressure and ability to adapt to fast-changing situations
 Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
 Outlook and MS Office Skills
