Rationale
The position is a strategic one, which encompasses much in total reward management as you will be responsible for company policies, C&B, development programs and planning budget, labour market and salary benchmark, jobs evaluation for succession planning and organizational development.

Key Duties
Strategic Total Rewards Management
• Work collaboratively with other HR members in successfully developing and implementing total rewards strategy that links to the company’s vision and mission.
• Work with Talent Management team developing and implementing the competitive compensation and benefits system
• Analyze and build the salary grading system (pay scale), and work with Talent Management in job evaluation and matching, promotion and bonus policies aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values.
• Assist HR Director in salary benchmarking survey (TRS), bonus planning and incentive schemes development.
 Operational Compensation & Benefits Management
• Oversee all HR operational activities such as payroll generation, labor employment contracts, policies and benefits, time-sheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
• Assist HR Director in recommending salary grades for new or revised jobs that have impact over the country and region.
• Manage special in-country compensation and benefits projects, e.g. job leveling, job hierarchies, reorganizations, internal and external audits or new government-mandated changes etc.
• Provide recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases, bonus buyouts, etc.) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
• Conducts a survey on labor market relating to salary, benefits in order to make company’s policy competitive to labor market.
• Manage Management Incentives Plan under the country and region responsibility, including short-term, long-term and sales incentive plans; employee benefits e.g. state compulsory insurances and benefits for expatriates and local Vietnamese staff.
• Work with C&B Specialists checking and generating monthly payroll with Finance to ensure the accuracy and deadline.
• Work with C&B Specialist updating healthcare insurance employee list and informs insurer accordingly, follows up with them for claim document
• Work collaboratively with HR members and co-workers in monitoring and producing reports such as new hires, headcount, attrition, workforce movement, and so on.
• Work with HR members managing HR database, employees’ profiles, labor employments contracts and all documents of the employees.
• Work with C&B Specialist completes and submits monthly personal income tax and other reports to the local authorities.
• Assists HR Director in managing the implementation and updating of the e-HR systems

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Excellent English communication skills
• Honest, careful and detailed oriented
• Strong and proven analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and time management skills
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social and Health insurance policies and C&B programs
• At least 5 years experience and good understanding of C&B with a foreign company and 2 years in management level
• Excellent computer skills Microsoft, experience with e-HR system would be a plus

 Working conditions
A successful Total Rewards Manager must have:
• Pro-activity and drive for results is essential for this role
• Experience working within service sector (retail/gyms) with aggressive growth targets
• Project management or the ability to manager various priorities at once
• Change management experience
• Travel between the different centers in Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam
