Mô Tả Công Việc

- Manage and develop NXP business within focus accounts as well as work closely with distributors to expand NXP business in mass market accounts in Vietnam
- Develop and execute strategies to increase NXP opportunity pipeline in Vietnam to realize long term sales revenue growth
- Promote and sell entire NXP product portfolio across all related segments within the Vietnam market
- Work closely with application support teams within the region or Business Line to drive key opportunity design wins
- Meet and exceed annual sales and design-win targets
- Other duties include organizing MARCOM activities, distributor training events and customer visits as necessary

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Academic Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
- Working Experience: 2+ years working experience in Hi-Tech Industry and experience in Sales/ marketing, Business Development is a plus
- Expertise / Skills: Account, relationship and project management skills.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with teams and collaborate effectively with people across various functions
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Proficient in English with Strong written, verbal communication skills


- 13 month base salary
- Bonus Program
- Working hours : 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, Flexible time
- Annual Leave : 15 day and up depends on Seniority
