Mô Tả Công Việc

• Manage and grow existing business in Vietnam.
• Identify and develop new customers, new distributors and new markets.
• Introduce and market new product and expansion of existing categories.
• Develop annual sales plan and long term strategic growth plan.
• Actively support distributors in the areas of marketing, business development and agronomic support.
• Initiate, design, implement and manage field trials to support sales and growth.
• Provide technical training on product and applications to distributors and growers.
• Conduct field visit, agronomic service and give seminars to growers and plantations.
• Acquire technical knowledge of company products and manufacturing capabilities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• College degree in agriculture, plant nutrition or other related disciplines with a minimum of 7 – 10 year experience in a technical sales and business development role.
• Past or current experience in fertilizer sales and marketing or agronomic service, preferably with an international company.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge in fertilizer and plant nutrition.
• Hands on agronomic field service expertise in open field agriculture, in particular tropical crops.
• Experience in design and setup of agriculture field trials.
• Consultative selling experience and a proven track record in sales management.
• Good coaching skills, able to comfortably relate to and teach distributors, retailers and growers.
• Background in coffee, pepper, tropical fruit, vegetable and ornamental crops a plus.
• Self-driven, self-motivated. Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Result oriented, self-starter.
• Good English proficiency.
