Job Description & Responsibilities

The Technical Sales Engineer will drive to grow mass market business through new
demand creation, developing and optimizing sales distribution network in assigned
territory. This role will include a broad range of responsibilities, which may include
account management, distribution management, new business development, field
application support etc.

 New business development to drive sales growth with regional strategy
 Responsible for the Sales revenue and new business target
 Responsible for sales forecast timely and accurately in system
 Field application technical support to customers

Technical Support

 Make technical presentation/offers to key customers
 Contribute to the success of our customers with technical and sales support
 Support all sales activities especially for key sales projects with key customers
 Meet customers to support with technical assistance.
 Provide technical insights during visits to key customers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Skills and Qualifications

 Qualified degree in Animal Agriculture, Poultry or Engineering Degree with minimum
five years of hands-on experience in livestock production and equipment.
 Hands-on poultry farm experience
 Well respected in the industry for providing practical solutions
 Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team
 Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills.
 Self-motivated, able to work in an unsupervised capacity whilst maintaining focus.
 Results-oriented.
 Clear, persistent, patient and proactive communication skills.
 Be updated with equipment, maximus, electrical, equipment matters
 Superior project management skills with experience in planning, innovating,
developing and selling value-added propositions using sound technical and
commercial reasoning.
 Excellent in written and spoken English Language is compulsory


 Good technical background and sensor application knowledge
 Good Sales experience / skills in business development, new demand creation
 Fluent English communication & presentation skills
 Excellent English capability both in written and spoken
 Possess high sense of responsibility and integrity, willing to travel and have a valid
driving license in Vietnam
 5 ~ 7 years' sales experience in sensor company, preferably in foreign invested
companies in Vietnam
