Mô Tả Công Việc

Role purpose:
This position is responsible for developing in-house software and non-core systems, system architect that meets local requirements, and also upgrading, maintaining software and releasing new version for business owner/ sponsor process.

Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct test to assess the functionality and manage the testing within application development projects, as well as taking responsibility for the integrity of testing activities across all changes
- Support and develop the application maintenance and support capability, either directly or via third party support agreements
- Work with vendors on system design/ architect and join for vendor evaluation if need
- Design/ build/ upgrade the digital and mobile application solutions with vendors for the development and support business departments
- Develop, coordinate and manage of the Digital Roadmap as well as managing the execution and validation of key projects and initiatives on the roadmap
- Understand/ analyze Agency business process. Find out frame work to develop new system. Setup environment/ development tool to develop new system
- Database design/ system design
- Unit test/ system integration test
- Deploy and support user to perform UAT
- Documentations
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ...
- Experience in:
1. Net framework, C#, VB.Net, Net core, ASP.Net, XML, LinQ
2. Java, Java Beam, J2EE
3. Web service SOAP and web API restful

- Good knowledge in:
1. Object-oriented system design and software development process
2. Database: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, …
3. System architecture/designing skill

- At least 3-5 years in software development and system architect
- Good at logical orientations, communication, negotiation, presentation skills and team working
- Co-operation: able to work effectively with various levels of the organization, intra and inter-department/functional unit, with users, superiors and peers
- Planning Skills: Effectively manage and plan resource to meet pressing priorities/ schedules and rapidly changing needs, which are often encountered in a new market/office situation
