Mô Tả Công Việc
- Responds efficiently and professionally to calls, inquiries, and requirements of customers to performs equipment technical support and service solution
- Schedule & implement preventive maintenance at customer sites
- Corrective maintenance/ fault restoration handling
- Start-up/ commissioning: Checks and verify the correctness of equipment installation which includes piping/ electrical specs/ installation done by contractors/ end-user for completing commissioning
- Coordination with Vertiv Global Technical support team for resolve customer enquiries

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
+ Hanoi Office : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related power or thermal fields
+ Hochiminh Office : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related power fields
- Under at least 2 years’ experience as a Service Technician or Customer Engineer
- Ability to read/write English technical document
- Working background on UPS/DC power/ thermal/Precision Cooling … is an advantage
- Love technical work and hard working at night/weekend
- Long term work commitment
