Key responsibilities
Manage and develop the local business relationship and performance including hunting for new business opportunities, growing Share of Wallet for parts of the customer supply chain in South Vietnam

Client Strategy and planning
• Hunt for new business opportunities with new and existing local customers within the vertical by managing and developing the relationship with local customers and the sub-entity of the contractual customer in line with Maersk/global strategy
• Develop local value proposition to be included on the global tender with global customers.
• Develop local business plan for increasing overall supply chain Share of Wallet and position Logistic & Services products focus to Air freight and Contract Logistics.
• Grow local presence across products focus to Air freight and Contract Logistics, CHB, Local Transportation with the local customers and sub-entity of the global customer through new opportunities–also through sub-suppliers.
• Define the local value proposition and work closely with local product organization to grow and deliver revenue growth supporting the local product P&L

Responsible for Customer Satisfaction
• Support the overall customer experience and support global value proposition

Deliver client profitability as per budget
• Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance

Customer Relationship
• Position Maersk towards the local influencers of the local and global tender success and towards local decision makers on country relevant products

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

We are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree holder or above.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales or Commercial in Logistics Industry.
• Logistics expertise focus to Airfreight, Contract Logistics. Preferred experience as control tower, Contract Logistics and Supply Chain
• Supply chain expertise (to optimize SOW across products), insight selling, connectors (stakeholder management, influencing skills)
• High-level product understanding including how it solves different customer pains
• Strategic influencing
• Hunting mindset
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in Sales.
• Supply chain expertise, insight selling, connectors (stakeholder management, influencing skills)
• High-level product understanding including how it solves different customer pains
• Strategic influencing
• Master negotiator; strong networking skills.
• Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English.
