A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This role plays a critical part to research, build, grow, engage and manage service brand and user community. As a Senior Marketing Executive, all your brand strategy and execution plan across networks should be prompt, consistent with influencers, and empathetic to create a loyal and delighted fan community. This role is also responsible for business development strategy & plan execution including budget responsibility, revenue growth management strategy, research and read insights, future trend prediction and integrated marketing communication activation.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand strategy plan and execution (60%)
- Develop and implement a brand-building strategy service and marketing plan
- Plan and optimize campaign message, timeline and budget, from branding to performance to maximize KPIs, including user engagement and retention, at optimal resource level
- Strengthen service business model and user community utilizing all digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, etc.
- Coordinate with Content Writers in developing engaging, creative, innovative contents and promote influencer-focused messages
- Co-work closely with different functional teams such as development, production, influencers, etc., to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, identify and solve problems for contributing significantly to growth targets

2. Event Planning & Execution (30%)
- Plans, develops, implements, and organizes events to advance the mission and goals of the team.
- Monitor & analyse the projects/ events completion to ensure effectiveness.

3. Reporting and analysis (10%)
- Perform market research & analyze current benchmark trends and audience insight; and predict future trends.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Generate reports to have key learning for upcoming projects
- Find solutions to maximize digital performance by result analysis and channel optimization
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

C, REQUIREMENT:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the marketing or communication industry.
- Fluency in English is required.
- App marketing experience is a big plus.
- Experience in the app service launching or development is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in social media or performance marketing (Facebook ads, Google ads, SEM, paid media) is a big plus.
- Have a proven track record of successful marketing case studies and project management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, constantly exploring and building new/ innovative things.
- Great teamwork, strong communication skill and have ownership.
