Mô Tả Công Việc

• Negotiate and acquire travel products and services onto the Klook platform;
• Cultivate relationships with merchant partners to help maximize their sales potential on Klook’s various distribution platforms;
• Oversee the onboarding of products, with support of local team members, and editorial and quality control teams in across Asia;
• Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, and content, including coordinating closely with supplier support and customer service teams;
• Clearly convey Klook’s business strengths and brand value to partners;
• Coordinate with marketing teams to maximize sales, and media team to secure marketing funds from suppliers;
• Identify market trends and provide market & competitor analyses to optimize supply business strategies;
• Represent Klook and build our profile with key destination influencers within your region (e.g. DMOs, tourism bureaus, trade organizations);
• Collaborate with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to deliver high impact projects and global scale programs.
• Report to senior leadership regularly on key business metrics, and progress.
• Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
• Identify best practices and develop playbooks to drive a acquire best-in-class travel products and services
• Travel (30-50% of the time) to your markets when needed to meet partners, as well as occasional travel to Asia to meet with other teams in Klook.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• 5+ years of destination management or OTA supply experience or local merchant acquisition. Familiarity with travel products, experience with attractions, activities, tours and transportation preferred.
• Bachelor degree in hospitality or business management preferred.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Capacity to handle uncertainty and ambiguity, and a fast-paced work environment.
• Consistently strives for strong performance; Professional and has a thirst for excellence.
• Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones.
