Job Purpose
• Manage and develop Area Sales Managers, Leaders and Consultants in your designated area, keep development of sales force of the branch….

Responsibility
• Sales and Development of ASM, Leaders in your area.
• Communication and Training on all company commercial activities.
• Set goals with ASM, Leaders.
• Follow up and coach ASM, Leaders.
• Ensure that meetings and trainings are held regularly by Leaders.
• Manage the general work at branch in sales, operation, customer service and other monthly activities.
• Manage and develop strong and dedicated working team of 4 ASMs, 1 Junior ASM, 1 Service centre manager
• Be a visible and inspiring Leader for staffs and a reliable business partner to the leaders
• Process yearly developing conversation to set target for staffs and assess performance to review salary aligned with company budget
• Be a visible and inspiring Leader for the ASMs and a reliable business partner to the Leaders, Consultants.
• Ensure that objectives are reached in both sales and development of new Leaders with on going recruitment.
• Act as a coach to the Leaders in the goal setting process and provide support through joint actions and a continuous follow up.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies compliant to company’s budget & policy
• Tailor and perform driven sales activities like meetings, trainings, motivational events, beauty shows, and road shows…
• Develop sales by training the sales force
• Create the specific training programs to fit with the variety direct sales group
• Communication and Training on all company commercial activities.
• Set goals, make trainings and activities plan, and follow up to make sure the sales force growth aligned with company target.
• Develop leaders by delivering leadership academy trainings, brain storm workshops to management agent levels
• Preparing and hold monthly Leader Club meeting and Staff meeting
• Make monthly training schedule for branch

Company Benefits for Senior Area Sales Manager
• Monthly products allowance: equivalent to 800k applied after probation 2 months.
• Quarterly bonus: 50% average monthly salary if sales target is reached both in sales and expenses, additional 30% average salary if sales force is met. The bonus is applied for at least 6 months working for Oriflame.
• 1-month annual 13rd salary is applied for staff with 6 months working for Oriflame at least 6 months with average salary.
• Social insurance is applied and monthly covered 31% by Company (without deduct from staff salary), staff only contributes 1% unemployment insurance as law.
• Health & accident insurance via PVI is applied 24/24 for all staff.
• Salary is increased annual in Jan for 6 months working and up.
• Labor Union organization is set up.
• Working time 9AM-6PM from Monday to Fri, 9-13:00 on Sat.
