1. Able to understand, summarise and update the request of supplier based on different lifecycle stage. Segment the supplier pool based on lifecycle and e-commerce capability and provide suitable service support and training session for different segment

2. Collaborate with channel partner to explore the potential of tail supplier; provide operation service for middle supplier; collaborate with account manager and convert middle supplier to KA efficiently 3. Enable service team under channel partner through data-analytical tool, SOP or product innovation to improve service efficiency; provide timely feedback for country team.

4. Increase star supplier percentage overall, especially in targeted industry. Collaborate with account manager to provide exclusive operation consulting service for KA.

5. Establish a strong collaboration between sales and service funnel; support sales to increase renewal rate and supplier satisfactory rate

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Bachelor above degree, 3+ years of relevant working experience in enterprise sales in channel, service, project management and operation

2. Has real service team management experiences.

3. Has experience in consulting, sales or after-sales service

4. Team Player, good communication and collaboration skill is a must. Results-oriented in an ambiguous environment.

5. Data driven, abilities to do constant capacity building for channel and cross cultural communication, self-motivated,

6. Fluent in written and spoken English.
