Mô Tả Công Việc

- Preparing the PI & Contract when customer place orders
- Discussing with sales, purchasing department & export team to make the delivery schedule
- Following the order and updating the status of shipment & booking for sales team
- Following the receivable from customer and updating for accounting department
- Answering questions from existing customers with faulty or unwanted products
- Making follow-up contact to inform customers of shipment status
- Sending original documents to customers and sample to customer (if required)
- Following the commission & making the payment request for sales team.
- Other tasks if sales or manager request
- Reporting to Sales manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualification & Skill required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
- Having at least one year experience in customer service
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail

Working time: from 8h am – 17 h am (from Monday to Friday)
From 8h – 12h (Saturday)
Lunch time: 1 hour (12h -13h)
Salary: 8,000,000 vnd - 12,000,000 vnd
