Mô Tả Công Việc

Responsible for VinFast customer in Vietnam and TSC customer in ASEAN
- Man mapping customer quality contacts
- Coordination of worldwide cross GB claims topics
- 1st level customer support for Quality topic
- Manage Claims handling including IQIS registration, first part investigation, forwarding to investigation point
- Coordinate sorting action at customer site
- Documentation and distribution of customer regional required quality procedures
- Drive quality improvement measures at customer site
- Negotiate warranty reimbursements
- Negotiate of major claim and recalls
- Provide information to plants and GB for proper execution of customer specific quality/warranty requirements and processes worldwide
- Reporting of warranty status customer specific and cross GB
- Launch management supporting
- Support SOE in handling of general/non project specific customer requirements received by SOE
- Support SOE in negotiations of general terms and conditions (e.g. warranty, quality)
- Support SQW senior customer manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor Degree or Above in Engineering any field (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Electronic is preferable)
- At least 5 years’ experience in quality assurance/engineering.
- Working experience in a quality-related role within the automotive industry or OEM will be advantaged.
- Knowledge and experience in the quality standard (IATF16949, ISO9001), SPC/MSA, FMEA, control plan, ANPQP, PPAP, quality problem analyze the root cause and creation of corrective action plan and 8D report
- Experience in represents the company by interfacing with customer, Customer management and negotiation skill.
