Duties and responsibilities:

- Plan business and marketing strategy, brand development.
- Planning, making solutions and organizing marketing activities, ensuring business resources.
- Manage, maintain relationship with current customers and identify new prospects within the assigned area.
- Establish short, medium and long-term sales projects.
- Set up a target execution plan and deploy plan; Ensure sales targets according to plan, assign targets to sales staff.
- Be responsible to annual sales target achievement or support agents to achieve sales target.
- Categorize customers according to customer criteria. Establish an approach to each type of customer.
- Open new agents in the provinces and cities across the country, develop policies to agents.
- Report visits, projects, activities, opportunities and achievements in customers relationship management.
- The main tasks will be included but not limited to technical support, preliminary system design in principal developed software, training of distributors/agents sales staff, introduction of new product, liaison with distributors/agents and sales teams as well as potential customers, participate in preparation of tender proposals and follow up.
- Business focus areas are commercial and industrial buildings, hospitals, clinics, sports facilities etc., and the marked entry will focus on architects, consultants, EPC contractors, building operators and investors.
- Improve continuously current working knowledge of existing and new products and services.
- Will be working in an international environment in close corporation with the European Principal who is a market leader in Textile Based Air distribution.

***Knowledge and Experience Requirement:
- This position must be oriented individual with good level of technical understanding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or relevant fields and technical sales/marketing background with at least 7 years professional work experience.
- Experience with at least 5 year in HVAC sector is a strong advantage.
- Able to do specifcations with design & architect units is preferable.
- Experience from the building Industry sector will be an advantage but not a condition.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and will be required to prepare proposals and progress reports in English. Therefore, good command of English is a must.
- Ability to plan, manage, lead, persuade, be logical thinking, creativity, and smart in working.
- Excellent communication skills, wide relationships.
- Be competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information.
