- The focus of the Sales Department and the Sales and Marketing Manager is to strengthen the Eight Four Collective as well as its various projects in the market effectively, to achieve its goal of securing new markets for the various projects and services offered. Increasing overall operating profits for the firms.
- Implement together with the GM and Operation Directors to create the Marketing Plan and the Advertisement & Promotion Budget for the year. To implement, monitor and to update where necessary

- Develop social media plan for three outlets and Eight Four Collective Brand
- Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.…) for effectiveness of posts, guest feedback, etc.…
- Present data to management regarding effectiveness of media campaigns.
- Reply to social media posts and guest inquiries
- Develop posting schedules across platforms to obtain the most viewers, likes, shares, etc.…
- Responsible to post pictures, posters, create text in Vietnamese and English, establish standards for posts
- Develop additional social media networks that are popular in Vietnam like, WhatsApp, Zalo
- Develop event sales strategies and concepts for three outlets
- Build database and create relationships with hotels and agencies for MICE Events
- Develop Sales brochures for three outlets
- Active in cold calls and meetings to sell the events at the venues
- Develop Sales Budgets and Targets, present to management
- Table booking Sales – lead a team or develop relationships with nightlife and restaurant industry for table bookings.
- Create incentive/commission program for restaurants, table bookers, & sales
- Develop Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Events plan (NYE, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.…)
- Prepare budgets for the events, coordinate with sponsorship of suppliers
- Work with Suppliers to create specialty events (Guest Bartenders, Guest Sake Brand Events, Guest Chefs, etc.…)
- Responsible for marketing and execution of the events
- Collateral design/posters – strategy for marketing the events
- Lead the design and development of collaterals for three concepts & Eight Four Brand
- Manage budgets for collateral costs and printing
- Monitor stock min/max
- Work with the graphic designer for collaterals related to events, entertainment, sales, marketing
- Responsible to oversee designer for menu adjustments, special menus, etc…
- Coordinate routine photo sessions of venue, guests, food and drink for sales and marketing
- Develop the brand of Irusu
- Irusu logo, color pallets, mood boards, etc.…
- Further enhance the brands of three concepts and Eight Four Collective - Lead the development of new opportunities to enhance each brand
- Develop the yearly marketing plans and budgets
- Establish unconventional marketing channels for the three concepts & Eight Four Brand
- Present to management marketing plan, print media plans, etc.…
- Develop Relationships/networks with Chambers of Commerce, Business Groups & Associations
- Arrange for key staff (Chef, bar manager) to join special events, competitions, supplier arranged events, etc.… both in Vietnam and Internationally
- Prepare yearly budgets for related departments, anticipating yearly plans and venues openings.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Preferably in the hospitality industry
- At least two years experience handling all Sales and Marketing departments.
- Must be familiar with laws, regulations and generally accepted Sales and Marketing principles within the country
- Ability to work in a computer based, multi-task environment. Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as can consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding financial related questions
- At least three years food and beverage marketing experience.
- Proven ability to execute effective food and beverage sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to execute high quality social media content
- Ability to work in a team or independently.

- Bachelor's degree in Business related field, or equivalent work experience. Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written. - Additional Languages such as Japanese a plus
