Mô Tả Công Việc

Sales Manager is a people who will develop, manage and run the sales team to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets. An ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

1. Manage Sales team:
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day/month/quarter and monitor progress regularly
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Work with Sales Assistant/Admin to prepare and send professional, complete, and concise sales reports and related sales documents
- Work with Sales Assistant/Admin to schedule, host meeting with client/prospects or related teams

2. Planning:
- Assist the BDU to create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global markets
- Manage organizational sales by developing a sales plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the BDU Head the management team
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to BDU Head and the management team
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team

3. Perform sales activities:
- Receive leads from sales representative, follow up and complete the quotes/proposals
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Promoting the WATA’s brand and its custom software development services
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking, B2B platforms, and social media e.g., LinkedIn…
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on WATA’s services
- Participate on behalf of WATA in exhibitions or conferences
- Meet clients/prospects to present, propose WATA’s brand, attract, and convince them to buy WATA’s services
- Fast and on-time response to all customers’ requests
- Follow, negotiate and close deals

4. Do the customer care services:
- Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering them with WATA
- Periodically meet/talk to the clients to get & understand their needs, expectation, concern and work with client engagement as well as project team to address them all
- Available to receive and respond all requests/feedback/concerns from the related clients/partners
- Raise/negotiate/direct the clients/partners and follow up with them on related project’s matters raised by project teams and business matters

5. Collaborate with other internal teams for managing and executing related sales support activities:
- Collaborate with presales team (BA and technical teams) to collect/analyze/clarify requirements, estimate and create the proposals/quotes
- Collaborate with HR and Resource Manager to check resource availability, prepare CVs and send staffing sales package (quote of ODC resources and CVs) to the clients/prospects
- Work with finance and project teams to manage potential leads, proposals/quotes, contracts and invoices
- Coordinating with the marketing team on lead generation by executing the trader/consumer marking using digital content marketing.

The Sales Manager will have the following authorizations:
- Propose and recruit sales executives to meet the demands
- Assess sales members’ performance
- Propose to promote or adjust benefits for sales members
- Plan the budget for sales team
- Work directly with presales, finance and HR teams
- Send quotes, proposals, and contracts to the clients/prospects with BDU Head’s approval
- Work directly with the related clients/prospects for sales or customer care services but under BDU Head’s mentoring and follow the Sales policy and NDA
- Own to sales pipeline tracking for following up potential leads and making sales plan & reports

The Sales Manager will collaborate with the following teams/departments:
- Finance for contract, invoice and payment
- HR and project teams for the related resource matters e.g. check, assign or recruit resources per new leads’ need, and project kick off
- Presales team for requirement discussion, estimate and quote/proposal
- Sales agents/contractors for collaborating sales activities
- Marketing team: establish and run related marketing campaigns/activities for sales and clients’/partners’ attracting/engagement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

The Sales Manager is required to have the following skills and experience:
- Graduated in the Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 7-year experience with sales position and 3-year experience with Sales Manager position
- Experience with both Vietnam and global markets especially the North America, Europe, Australia, Asia (Japan, Singapore, Korea)markets is preferred
- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
- Good background knowledge with software development and business domains is a plus
- Excellent with trader/consumer marketing and content marketing is a plus
- Strong management skills
- Excellently setting sales goals, planning & executing the sales plan to meet the targets
- Have a strong interpersonal skills and socialization skills
- Strong experience with people development & people management skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent in English communication
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent editing and writing in English
- Excellent presentation skills
