Job Summary:
Responsible to develop international sales (i.e. sales to foreigners living in or outside of Vietnam) in collaboration with the Management.

Key Responsibilities:
- International sales strategy and business development, searching for new opportunities and projects that are attractive to the foreign markets to be able to maximize the sales revenue of the team;
- Develop relationship and build network with foreign investors and co-brokers to generate cross-border interest and sales;
- Maintain contact with developer accounts;Opening up new marketing and new distribution channels (online, offline), targeted at the foreign markets;
- Negotiation of agency terms with prospective owners and developers, co-brokers documents collection;
- Managing and supervising the day-to-day of sales team on all aspects regarding their roles and performance;
- Creating a well-informed and motivated environment between team members, particularly about listings, sales and matters arising in the team;
- Planning, allocating sales resources/sales team, allocating business sales targets to team and staff;
- Urge and support team to accomplish business goals;
- Be responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly reports;
- In charge of reviewing and approving the monthly sales commissions spreadsheet of the team;
- Organize, coordinate and implement of sales programs and events;
- Prepare the sales policy and procedure according to the Company's policy;
- Manage and control information on real estate products market;
- Knowledge of current market conditions, price development, economic and legal matters in Vietnam;
- Manage coordination of design and production of a wide range of marketing collaterals;
- Manage development and maintaining of sales proposals and collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing;
- Control execution of a wide variety of marketing campaigns that involve direct mail, EDM’s, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans;
- Manage marketing team to produce multiple regularly published newsletters, blog posts, articles and distributing to email marketing list of company as well as collaboration partners;
- Developing the budget and managing the operation of sales team within the approved budget;
- Others as assigned by the COO.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Competencies and Qualifications:
- Solid experience in a sales management, especially international sales, in the real estate sector;
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited institution;
- 5 year experience in real estate, sales & marketing;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate in English. Chinese and/or Korean is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other - stakeholders;
- High level of time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions;
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations;
- Literacy, ability to write routine reports, correspondence and presentations;
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization;
- Ability to fulfill tasks with minimum supervision; high level of self-motivation;
- Result-oriented with ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
