1. Account Management:
• Turnover management ( Sell-in).
• Sell-out monitoring to make sure in contribution for IHS growth at assigned account.
• Manage display share KPI at assigned account
• Manage in house share target as assigned
2. Developing Co-op & Co-Marketing activity with customer in order to increase sales:
• Planning and execution in collaboration with PM and Marketing team
• Follow-up till payment done through e-office in cooperation with BM team.
3. Bad Stock Management:
• Management of sell-out report by gathering market information from field force/customers.
• Support to AP1 forecast based on PSI information.
• Responsible for managing healthy level of stocks/inventory at customer W/H
4. Order & Delivery Management:
• Keep contact with SCM coordinator to get necessary information in time.
• Responsible for in-time delivery in line with sales order desk/Logistic team.
5. Sales opportunity development:
• Find opportunity with analysis of competitor and market.
• Find opportunity with new services or new products development.
6. Selection:
• Increase portion of Samsung product in customer’s portfolio.
7. Caring for customer:
• Keep contact with customer and leveraging the relationship.
• Fast feedback to the customer‘s concern.
• Responsible for customer’s evaluation.
8. AR Management:
• Responsible for clearing AR/managing the payment status.

• At least 4 years of experience in Key account management.
• Can work well under stress.
