Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Take care of sales in Vietnam market. Be able to establish and leverage customer relationship to get volume and premium target.
2. Get insights from market/customers/competitors and find new opportunities.
3. Understand customer value chain. Support information to marketing.
4. Develop new customers to prepare customer base for LSP.
5. Technical advisory. Be able to recommend grades, and answer basic tech. questions. Be able to understand the technical problem, then link to Technical services to solve.
6. Input 18 month demand. Manage Selling quota, stock, and delivery (connect to Customer Services and logistics).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor of Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field.
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• 0 – 10 years of relevant experience.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS;
• Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill, collaboration skill, and systematic/logical thinking.
• Strong responsibility, reliability, flexibility and service mind
• Good coordination skill and good communication.
• Good command in English.
• Open minded, positive thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Self- motivated, Eager to learn, and willing to learn and use technology.
• Has a Teamwork and can do attitude and have a strong work ethic.
