Mô Tả Công Việc

- Provide timely information flow and reports in accordance with the required sales administration process
- Maintain frequent and open communications with Sales Teams and Properties’ staff
- Process reservations and lease agreements in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle telephone enquiries and attend to clients’ needs promptly
- Maintains and update Master Database
- Assisting in site inspections or model tours
- Maintain an efficient filing system and stationery inventory status

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University degree.
- High level of responsibility and learning attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Able to work under pressure & strict deadlines.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Pleasant personality, hardworking, honest & accurate, good work ethics and can work in a team
