Mô Tả Công Việc

Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

- Create business documents such as sales reports, memos, and spreadsheets based on research that the job holder performs and compiles;
- Create database and continuously update to keep track of customer interaction;
- Organize and schedule meetings and presentations;
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing and managing properties, including the preparation and filing of documents, inspection reports, typing of leases, generation and distribution of monthly owner statements and maintenance of the key register for company properties;
- Assist in the maintenance and presentation of properties in accordance with the owner’s instructions
- Provide internal staff with professional administrative and word-processing support,
- Ensure that telephone calls are attended, distribute calls and take accurate, detailed messages;
- Ensure that the mail has been collected / delivered and distributed on daily basis.
- Contact & work with different types of people externally and internally, both across the country and overseas.
- Work closely with developers to project information updates and update the team accordingly.
- Work closely with developer to check the accuracy of official sales documents incl. Sales and Purchase Agreement, Deposit Agreement and provide excellent customers service.
- Keep track and record all official documents of properties sold daily to the server.
- Distribute leads to the team members and prepare and update master lead report to line managers.
- Prepare regular sales reports for line managers and department head
- Book hotel, flight and work with agency for visa matter for team members to travel overseas.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the line managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Fluency in English and Vietnamese (oral and written) required;
- Good communication skills (oral and written) are a must;
- Experience in Administration field at least 3 years;
- Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing;
- Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports;
- Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information;
- Ability to organize work load and to work under pressure;
- Commitment to outstanding performance.
- Knowledge in preparing agreement and basic commercial law.
