Job Summary

***Sales Admin Executive
Under minimum supervision, provide clerical and minor technical support for the sales department to help achieve the department’s goals. Will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for the sales representatives. Record keeping responsibilities include sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales proposals for prospective customers.

***Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating quotations and sales contract
- Review PO and contractual/ payment terms from customer
- Commitment to reporting any deviations for early resolutions with key managers
- Weekly & monthly sales reporting of machine order intake and billing
- Project costing and budgeting for management review
- Communicate with inter-company, factories, service team and product manager on project related issues and flag out to sales and services for attention where applicable
- ByExcellence / CRM records updating and order fulfillment
- Price List release
-Responsible for supporting the Sales team with Study Tours to include administrative tasks, travel arrangements and communication with factory & sales
- Close cooperation with the Sales Team in the organization for Open Houses and other sales/marketing related events
- To liaise with the Logistics department to confirm timely deliveries.
- Commitment to staying informed regarding new products, features and latest market information
- Schedule overseas training and provide internal training (sales process) for new salesperson
- Admin support for other departments

- High school diploma or equivalent qualifications

- Proven experience in office management and related administrative tasks
- Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience

***Other Requirements
- Fluent in English is a must
- Professional manner both in-person and on the phone
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking-skills
- Must possess the ability to work independently
- Hands-on
