Mô Tả Công Việc

- Actively supporting team leader on daily trading activities: follow up operation detail tasks of every fixed order from before and after sales.
- Monitor & assist the accounting team in full range of documentation sending to clients: issue Contract, Order Confirmation, Invoice and other paperwork, follow up couriering original documents, payment reminder & receipt.
- After 2 months’ probation, you will be expected to find & build up new client list, start to get sales volume, explore new markets and maintain supplier and client relationships.
- Manage posting news on Linkedin and Website (if any).
- Weekly Reporting to team leader on work progress.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Good command in English.
- Computer skills: Typing, Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Skills need: Communication, tele-sales skill, negotiation, admin paperwork, selling, time management, planning priority, teamwork, body language
- Personal skills: Self-motivation, self-improvement, careful, patient, logical thinking, active, positive, trustworthy, self-confidence, eager to learn new things, not talkative, well-organized
- Prefer if can freely travelling, hangouts at nighttime or weekend/holiday (dinner, karaoke, sports) .
- Prefer if have personal laptop.
- Experiences of doing in Sales & Marketing or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree.
