Mô Tả Công Việc

We are looking for Sales Manager (Vietnamese) for our massive Holiday Ownership project. This position is to hold very important role in the Sale process of the Company, which can differ from training, sales management, sales strategy planning, sales quality control, sales system consultancy, sales evaluation for a sales system that he/she will be trained very intensively. Main job includes:

- Develop and lead the sales team of around 10 sales force to achieve the Sales targets
- Provide strong leadership and motivation to the team members
- Monitor and supervise the Sales production & activities
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to build high quality potential customer base
- Train sales force as daily task
- Involve in sales process including negotiating, decision making
- Practice Company rules, ethics and personnel management to direct staffs
- Direct report to Director of Sales

Job Requirements:

- Vietnamese

- At least 3 year - experienced in Sales Management position with Proven records is a must.

- Preferred experience in Direct Sales

- Result and high income oriented

- Can work under very high pressure

- Good command of English is a MUST

- Strong determination and self-motivated to success

- Self-confident and strong personality, Well-presented.

- Strong management, leadership skills with capability to manage, coach and motivate a team of salespeople.

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Able to work under pressure and handle problems

- Candidates experienced working in a sales environment with a can-do and positive attitude, commercial mind and belief in “working hard, playing hard, thinking different”
