***Department: Sales

***Purpose of Role:
• Contribute to the development of the sales strategy for the Company and is responsible for building and for the development and execution of sales plans within a defined geographical area
• Guarantee the development of selling and distribution in the region and negotiates agent contracts in accordance with overall Company sales strategy
• Solicit and maintain favorable relations with current and potential customers in the region
• Responsible for building regional sales capability and for the overall management and motivation of the regional team
• Ensure the achievement of Distribution & Sell-out Target, and Quality of the Sales Forces in the region

***Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:
1. Ensure the achievement of sell-out and POS target by sales team
2. Establish sales & distribution target and make sales plans for every sales team in the region in accordance with Company sales and distribution strategy
3. Assist in planning process of the region’s sales and distribution by agent/by brand/ by channel
4. Transmit the sales related information and policies from Company to Field Supervisors, sales teams, & agents; ensure their strictly complying
5. Seek out new sales and distribution opportunities in the region
6. Monitor sell-out by channel/by brand/by team/by salesmen as well as market behaviors and competitors’ development to have timely and suitable reactions
7. Analyze sales data to recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance the sales improvement of the Company
8. Negotiate with agents about the term and conditions of the contract
9. Manage the regional agents and make sure they comply with the use of Vietbird as well as payment and stock management requirements
10. Establish and maintain the favorable relationship with major customers
11. Assist HR Department in recruiting and training Field Supervisors and salesmen in the region
12. Guarantee that salesmen are provided enough selling tools and use them correctly & effectively; check Field Supervisors’ field visiting plans and monthly expenses claims
13. Develop effective sales teams; supervise the regional personnel; coordinate Field Supervisors’ activities; makes period personnel and target reports
14. Perform other job-related as assigned

***Job Requirements:
- At least two year practical experience at the same position in foreign companies, preferably in companies with factory
- Fluent English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
- Graduate from University, major in Foreign Trade/ Commercial/ Economics
- Command with Ms Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
