Mô Tả Công Việc

I. Duty:
- Plan business strategies for assigned medicines.
- Build sales team and sales policy based on business strategy.
- Lead the team to implement the proposed plan.
- Follow up, adjust and support the team in implementation of tasks.
- Co-ordinate the sales team and marketing team under management.
II. Responsibility:
- Make sure the company's sales target as planned.
- Build relationships between the customers and the Company.
III. Right:
- Income (high) = Negotiable salary + Bonuses based on sales.
- Domestic travel at least once a year.
- Insurance regime as to Labor Law.
- Training courses inside and outside the Company to create conditions for employees to learn and develop their abilities comprehensively.
- Professional and friendly working environment.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education: Bachelor degree, majoring in Medicine/ Pharmacy/ Business Administration...
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the position of DSM/ Supervisor at pharmaceutical companies. ETC channel’s experience is preferred.
3. Specialized knowledge: Medicine/ Pharmacy/ Business Administration.
4. Language/Computer skills: Good English communication and Office computer skills.
5. Skills:

6. Required capacity:
