WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Summary/Objective
Ensure to meet the company’s recruitment needs and control turn over at a rate set.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
- Identity the sources based on recruitment needs;
- Open/ close jobs on Jobvite system;
- Give proper guidance to job seekers to key in information on Jobvite system;
- Post up the job, search CV and arrange for the interview both for Operators and non-operator positions;
- Do other actions needed to attract as many candidates as possible;
- Control personal profile;
- Work with vendors/ Diza for recruitment support on banner/flyer;
- Join Job fairs or other recruitment activities for recruitment purposes;
- Control recruitment needs vs cost;
- Do Exit interview and complete termination cases;
- Carry out retention plan and make proper reports;
- Be in-charge of following up seniority and give certificate on time;
- Be responsible for orientation program and internal training courses;
- Update and maintain job descriptions of all positions;
- Be responsible for labor disciplinary;
- Prepare some reports if required;
- Other related ad hoc tasks.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor degree in HR/ BA or law
- 03 ~ 04 years’ proven work experience in Recruitment and Training
- Good at communicative English;
- Good at MS office, especially MS. Excel;
- Positive attitude, can do attitude; willing to learn;
- Able to keep professional image for the company;
- Sociable, open minded, polite;
- Time-management, negotiation skill;
- Ability to Meet Deadlines, Ability to Work Under Pressure.
