Mô Tả Công Việc

• Ensure effective incoming/outgoing communication and provide administrative and logistic support

Job Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors/ appointments in a professional manner;
• Handle telephone calls/ take messages/ make appointments using professional and polite phone manner;
• Update the list of employee’s phone numbers and e-mail address;
• Be responsible for distribution of post: sending, receiving, delivering documents, letters, fax ;
• Manage office machine to ensure its best condition;
• Keep the reception area always clean and presentable;
• Be in charge of meeting room reservation, keep it clean, prepare welcome drinks when required;
• Support to organize meetings, workshops;
• Assist Supervisor in supplying stationaries, equipment for the office, booking hotel, air ticket etc…;
• Do other administrative and secretarial tasks job assigned by Supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University graduated;
• English fluent;
• Speaking & listening in French is preferred.

Experience, knowledge and skills:
• Excellent communications and telephoning skills;
• Computer literate with common Office packages;
• High customer service attitude;
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
