Mô Tả Công Việc

This position will be responsible for managing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in Company in order to ensure the quality of products and services.

1. Establish procedure/SOP/work instruction for
_ your area responsible (MR, QM)
_ related to many departments; all hubs
_ proposing assignments to other relevant departments (if needed)
2. Read and revise departmental procedures prior to review and approval to ensure the accuracy of the process based on the actual requirements, ISO requirements, other relevant regulatory requirements
3. To take responsibility for: validating, inspecting, proposing the handling of non-conformity, guiding warehouse staff to inspect and report
4. Updating and implementing in the whole company about ISO 9001 standard according to new version, or other quality standard upon request
5. Contact the third evaluator to complete the assessment procedures (contact, planning, internal information, payment, overcoming NC / OB, etc.)
6. Ensure processes are linked together
7. Ensure the validity of the processes
8. Organize internal audit and management review yearly to meet ISO 9001 standard
9. Conduct training on:
_ ISO 9001 awareness
_ ISO 9001 internal audit skills
_ How to write procedure, SOP, …
10. Participate in resolving issues, meeting with Suppliers, resolve complaints by the Principal (relating to product / service quality, safety, other statutory requirements)
11. Assist hubs in nation-wide of 5S issues, chemical safety, work safety, fire and explosion prevention and other statutory requirements
12. Gather data and send periodic KPI reports to customers (in charge by QM)
13. Establishing Quality Goals, and tracking KPI measurement results for each Dept. in the Company
14. Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
