Key objectives
- Responsible for defining Quality strategy and roadmap for Customer Supply-Chain (CSC) in order to meet Company’s purpose and meet customer’s expectations
- Responsible for delivering Quality procedure and process for all aspects of CSC on an on-going bases in line with agreed service level
- Responsible for ensuring that suppliers/ customers adopt best Quality practice for defect prevention, waste reduction, cost optimization while all procedures and processes are adhered to

Job Responsibilities
- Follow Company’s regulations, including, not limited to, Food Safety & Quality, Safety – Health – Environment management requirements.
- Responsible for defining Quality strategy and roadmap for Customer Supply-Chain (CSC) in order to meet Company’s purpose and meet customer’s expectations
- Responsible for developing Quality procedure and process for all aspects of CSC on an on-going bases in line with agreed service level
- Responsible for ensuring that suppliers/ customers adopt best Quality practice for defect prevention, waste reduction, cost optimization while all procedures and processes are adhered to
- Support and conduct Crisis Management, training, Mock recall and traceability
- Act as member of IPM, 2nd QA Clearance checklist, and project member of CSC
- Qualify external manufacturer (EM), co-packer, 3rd-party warehouse, distributors, and supplier of POSM/ Gimmick
- Manage Product Life Cycle (PLM) of EM through SAP system, and perform product specifications review
- Monitor and manage performance of EM, co-packers, distributors
- Develop training material and conduct training for 3rd-party warehouse, co-packer, distributors, transporters, Sales, CRM
- Act as key contact point and coordinator for customer audit; as well as, follow up on CAPA
- Lead problem solving team to ensure on-time and proper quality actions for customer complaints across CSC and EM
- Apply Quality Assurance requirements for Customer services
- Ensure delivered Gimmick and POSM meet the required quality standards
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Knowledge & experience:
 Master/Bachelor Degree, preferably in Food Science, dairy technology
 Experience (min. 5 years) in Milk science, dairy processing/ packing technology, Quality and Food Safety management systems (e.g. ISO '9001', GMP; HACCP; FSSC '22000' …)
 Preferably knowledge of the FC products and production processes.
 Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization
 Quality Experience with consumer branded product
- Skills:
 Ability to work in a matrix organization with both functional and hierarchical reporting lines
 Well-developed analytical skills
 Good communication and clear decision making capabilities
 Change Management & influencing skills
 Adaptability to work throughout all organizational layers
 Fluency in English and Vietnamese
