Mô Tả Công Việc

***Objective of Position
- PR assistant tasks (manage social media posts; website and others)
- Administrative tasks (Budget; Meeting minutes & reports; Secretary function to BOD etc.)
- Responsible for procurement and purchasing
- Inventory management of marketing materials
- Support on Marketing materials production and coordination.
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager.

Roles and accountabilities:
- PR tasks:
• Create and implement Social Media plan, writing and manage social medias posts, report on SM
• Able to manage the website in both visual and writing content, coordination with designers and IT coder in support.
• Writing and taking control the EDM (able to use Mailchimp is a must)
• Writing Press Release and work with publications to promote ASIA DMC upon assignments
• Coordinate with other ASIA DMC offices to update information to SM weekly and monthly
• Other writing tasks upon assignment

- Inventory management:
• Manage the Marketing material inventory system(store, input database, images, dropbox) upon assignment

- Administrative tasks:
• Prepare payment request; budget review etc. upon assignment
• Maintain relationship to suppliers
• Conduct internal payment request with related department as well as with suppliers
• Participate in meeting, taking notes, generate periodical reports upon assignment
• Other ad-hoc tasks

- Production and coordination works:
• Function as a coordination point for printing productions, design coordination of the department.
• Contact partners and work with contracting to get partners’ marketing materials
• Prepare photo gallery for tour package, brochure
• Compile team report for leaders and send to leaders every Mondays
• Understand CI rules and control the use of CI in cooperation with other departments/ partners
• Conduct market research on suppliers, control the procurement process and logistics
• Other ad-hocs tasks assigned by the line manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Good in English, especially English writing, understanding of B2B content marketing, Social Media planning & PR
- Relationship with International Publications is preferable
- Knowledge of business; marketing
- Interest in hospitality industry
- Good computer literacy
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, creative and responsible
- Long-term commitment and good coordination competence is highly welcome
