Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Manage CEO’s work schedule including setting up appointments, attending meetings & taking minutes.
2. Contact & liaise with staffs on behalf of CEO for follow up tasks.
3. Receive documents from departments for processing & action by CEO.
4. Ensure Department’s monthly reports for CEO are received on time.
5. Arrange CEO’s business trip including booking hotels, air tickets, pickup/transfer,…
6. Follow up on tasks assigned during meetings.
7. Interpret in meetings, translate documents.
8. Assist CEO in daily tasks and follow up progress.
9. Maintain filling system includes:
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing, connecting with stakeholders, organizing events,... for personal matters
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism in personal matters
- Finish personal matters requirement and provide the recap and follow up to ensure tasks are done as agreed upon
• Coordinate scheduling of Senior Staff Meetings and other management meetings; take minutes of these meetings and ensure timely distribution of these minutes to concerned staff and follow up on implementation of decisions;
• Work closely with the Chief Strategy and partnership officer in ensuring effective and high-level internal communication from CEO to the organization;
• Undertake special projects requested by the CEO, including assisting in the organization of international seminars/conferences when required;
• Provide copy-editing support as required;
• Perform other relevant tasks as required and assigned by the CEO.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. At least 2+ years’ relevant experience in Personal Assistant, especially to senior level
2. University degree (major in Business Administration or Foreign Language).
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Must have a high understanding of confidentiality.
5. Fluent in English, spoken and written.
6. Good computer skill.
7. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
8. High level skills in time management
9. Able to work under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks and good interpersonal skills
10. Excellent organizational skills
11. Good attention to details, international mindset
12. The position holder should be able to work independently most of the time.
