FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs):

The Performance Content Marketing Specialist/ Executive’s responsibility is to support FLG Vietnam’s digital marketing team in all aspects of the customer acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for any and all implementations as well as daily optimization of acquisition-driven content across assigned marketing channels and mediums. The position will contribute to the organization’s success by:

- Working closely with digital marketing team members to empower acquisition growth through content marketing
- Creating content that our customers love and want to take action after reading
- Working closely with our creative design team to establish strong bonding between copy & visual across all digital acquisition assets
- Working with sales & telemarketing teams to identify ideal customer persona from content perspective to support digital marketing team in creating most relevant customer experience across mediums

REPORTS TO: Performance Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
A. 15% - Planning
- Contributing idea to support digital marketing team in creating most relevant acquisition-driven online experience
- Working with paid media team to prepare content strategy for multi-touchpoint customer journey
- Working with creative team to prepare visual for acquisition campaigns

B. 40% - Acquisition Content Creation
- Taking full responsibility for cross-channel acquisition content creation
- Taking frequent feedback from paid media team to adjust / update product information across acquisition web pages
- Working with paid media team on concept and/or demo of landing pages to prepare briefing document for creative team
- Taking charge of communication between digital marketing team and creative team to strictly ensure content & visual availability before and during campaign air time

C. 30% - Testing & Optimization
- Working with paid media team to create testing content variants for multiple hypotheses
- Working with data team to track testing content performance and take corresponding action
- Collecting & proposing relevant growth scaling content strategy to contribute to team overall performance
- Communicating proactively with other teams (Telemarketing, Sales) on frequent basis to collect insights and
translate to acquisition content reaction plan

D. 15% - Reporting & Analysis & Documentation
- Working with data team to manage content-driven performance reports based on acquisition channels
- Analyzing data and creating actionable insights in order to improve performance;
- Preparing reports and presentations for Senior Management on an AdHoc basis.
- Developing and maintaining documentation of best practices of implemented content strategies & tactics

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree in a writing-related field;
- 1-3 years of working experience within digital marketing;
- Hands-on writing experience across multiple digital marketing channels (e.g. Facebook, SEM);
- Analytical skill
- Performance-driven mindset
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
- Process focused with a tireless focus on output quality;
- Willing to be on call and work irregular hours;
- A desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.
