Mô Tả Công Việc

- Lead/Train/Audit Operational process
- Leads the implementation of operations process and company policy at clinic levels
- Optimize and controllable cost across the entire clinic network in line with company goals.
- Manage HODs, including motivation, development, direction, appraisals and performance management.
- Provide guidance with individual staff to achieve the company goal and desired outcomes of the team.
- Lead Operations Manager, Training Manager and Branch Managers to ensure all tasks are in support of SALES & BUSINESS PLANS.
- Develop and review operating manual to ensure efficient and effective operation procedures
- Ensure effective manpower planning within the organization
- Ensure sufficient manpower within the organization (both quality and quantity)
- Ensure effective communication within the team.
- Coach and motivate the team to develop all clinics to the maximum potential.
- Drive maximum clinics profitability through managing controllable costs – employment, delivery and inventory, and minimize wastage
- Achieve manpower objectives
- Engage and build close relationship with doctors and Branch Managers as well as all clinic staffs
- Plan and Monitor costs and headcounts for each clinic and total clinics
- Provide efficient support to clinics with optimal co-ordination between Operations and clinics
- Meets targeted manpower recruitment (both quality and quantity) and succession planning.
- Effective incentive plan to mold staff’s behavior to drive sales target.
- Ensure Payroll is accurate and payout is in timely manner.
- Implement an effective training program that covers Classroom and OJT (on-JOB-Training):
1. Product Training 2. Sales training (Sales tool kit)
3. Operations Training 4. Train – the Trainer program
- Plan regular monthly Customer Service Audits to achieve patient’s experience over 80%.
- Design continuous sales coaching for clinic staffs
- Retrain staff and managers that do not deliver productivity or targets
- Operations processes, SOPs to be adhered and reviewed regularly
- Ensure stocks, stationaries, etc. is replenished in a timely manner.
- Ensure all items like: shower caps, gel, cream etc. are ordered in timely manner
- Improve the logistic flow to support all clinics
