Key Competency:
• Lead Joint Business Plan and Business Review with customers
• Negotiate Trade Terms to commercialize investment with customers
• Develop Sales Fundamentals of existing and new products: Distribution, Share of Display, Shelving
• Provide sales forecast for rolling months and full year
• Build organization: recruit, train and coach modern trade team
• Managing Trade Spend according to budget
• Drive the monthly/daily routine of MT sales team to execute with excellence
• Build relationship with customers at buyer head level
• Ensure compliance to code of conduct of PVM

KPIs required to deliver:
• Annual Sales Target
• Monthly Sales Target
• Trade Spend versus Budget
• Distribution Index top 15 skus
• Share of Display (SOD)
• Attrition Rate of MT organization
• % MTR deliver monthly sales target

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing
• Knowledge of Management, Statistics
• Strong people Leadership, ability to train & coach team member to deliver the high performance
• Strong experience in Key Account Management (Planning & Operations)
• Strategic thinking, strong ability to work and sell with data
• Conversant with spoken and written English and PC
• Ability to build the collaboration in internal and external
• Ability to manage the execution with excellent

Note: Candidate has General Trade/Traditional Trade background on FMCG company is a Plus
