Country Lead Level_Individual Contributor_HCM City based

Marketing Planning:
• Supports the Marketing Operations and Planning Leader APAC in the marketing planning processes across the Clusters and Businesses
• Consolidates and aligns with the BM&S and BMMs the BMC enablers across the Clusters, especially those connected to activation, like events and demand generation activities
• Creates and maintains the Vietnam Marketing Calendar based on the HS Marketing Plan, BMC enablers and business objectives, including events and digital activities
• Keeps the overview of the Vietnam market’s marketing budget across the Clusters

Marketing Execution:
• Works with the local sales and modality managers to localize campaigns and identify localization requirements
• Manage the localization of global assets or creation of local assets with business managers, Agencies or other parties and ensures local assets are posted with correct Meta Data according to local Legal and Regulatory guidelines and the guidelines of HS Engagement Strategy in the content management system
• Works with the D2B and the Event team to activate campaigns and execute local Marketing and Launch Plans and to support the country manager and business managers

Marketing Excellence & Performance:
• Supports the Marketing Operations and Planning Director, APAC, to ensure ways of working and operations are efficient and measured, leveraging specific marketing performance data
• Ensures that marketing measurement drives performance review of key functions and campaigns

Job Overview:
• Responsible for marketing planning, program discipline and program execution efforts in VN market
• Facilitates the Market’s annual planning processes, ensures coordination of the marketing plans
• Supports Marketing Operations and Planning Leader, APAC, to ensure ways of working and operations are efficient and measured, leveraging specific marketing performance data
• Ensures that marketing measurement drives performance review of key functions and campaigns
• Dimensions Relating to Know-How: Technical Know-How, Management Breadth, Human Relation Skills
• Establishes objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments
• Reviews objectives to determine success of marketing planning & operations
• Provides guidance to the teams
• Able to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing cooperation with peers within the market and global functions
• Experience in integrated market planning and or program planning
• Strong operational and execution focus, driven by customer intimacy
• Problem Solving skills. Drives continuous improvement via Lean.

• This is a senior manager position responsible for managing market
• Responsible for the achievement of relevant metrics for the efforts and deliverables, and meeting the goals and objectives
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of various functions / departments
• Contributes by recommending and implementing changes to methods, processes and procedures

REQUIRED COMPETENCES
• Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing cooperation with peers within the market and cluster functions
• Experience in integrated market planning and or program planning
• Strong operational and execution focus, driven by customer intimacy
• Problem Solving skills. Drives continuous improvement via Lean
• Experience in leading change management with strong internal stakeholder management to drive change
• ANZ market experience is a plus

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Integrated marketing planning: Visibility rate, Win rate, Retention rate, leading to Order intake
• Demand generation: MQL to Opportunity conversion
• Customer Experience: Customer NPS
• Marketing capability: Maturity level on key capabilities

Education and Training
• Bachelor, 15 to 20 years’ strong experience in Strategic Marketing, Marketing Planning and Operations, campaign and events management preferably from the Healthcare, B2B or the equivalent industry
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions is a plus but not necessary
• Certified LEAN Advanced is a plus
