Mô Tả Công Việc

1. STRATEGY
- Develop portfolio and brand strategy, excite marketing activities and monitor performance of the assigned products in the local market.
- Lease with other functional to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business, align with the overall BU objectives, comply with regulatory/ legal/ company standards and policies.
- Identification and management of all-important external stakeholders that will help push and implement products’ strategy in the country. This includes identification and relationship building with all important organizations and individuals.

2. PLANNING/EXECUTION
- Be responsible for products’ turnover and expenses: ensuring achievement of sales turn over within the given advertising and promotion resources as defined in the budgeting circles. Ensure sufficient post-assessment of marketing activities.
- Work with Sales force, Medical, Consumer & new channel…to develop and execute an effective commercial/promotional strategy and strong business plan which includes resources planning for activities of assigned products.
- Lead the different internal processes related to assigned portfolio/products, but not limited to, forecasting, LRP exercises, Strategy/ budget exercises, etc., making sure that the figures are strongly backed-up by string and logical assumptions and available information and references.
- Work and collaborate with relevant functions with different country and regional team, leverage support and making sure that the country marketing strategy and its implementation is aligned with the regional and global marketing strategy.

3. MCE (multiple channel engagement)/Digital activities
- Close collaboration with Digital / MCE lead to accelerate digital innovation and transformation for PPH marketing activities

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education:
- Medical/ Pharmacist or Marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in English

2. Experience:
- Mandatory: 3 - 5 years experiences in brand management, ~ 2 year in PM/ Senior PM position.
- Successfully develop marketing/ brand strategy, experience in launching product or a project/program in the past

3. Knowledge:
- Marketing & business management expertise
- Vietnam Healthcare, Preventive Medicine system and market is a plus
