Mô Tả Công Việc

** PURPOSE:

・Create & execute Product line brand strategy in line with brand strategy
・Create & execute marketing strategy of product line brand strategy in charge
・Support to manage Brand in excess of product line brand in charge

*** AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1) Business Strategy (incl. mid-term strategy):
- Create Business Strategy in line with corporate strategic direction
- Make sure to proceed Business category management (prioritizing among brands should be done if needed) in line with company strategy
- Deeply understand Company technology, direction and market movement for decision of business strategy

2) Brand Strategy (10%):
- Create & execute Brand strategy by defining offered value, where we are and who target is and who competitors are.
- Create sales supporting information materials in a year: Akaban
- Propose BGT (sales, P/L, MK master, MK investment) and implement marketing plan to achieve it with pursuing high ROI

3) Product Line Brand Strategy (20%):
- Create & execute Brand Category strategy
- Propose BGT (sales, P/L, MK master, MK investment) and implement product line brand strategy and MKT plan to achieve it with pursuing high ROI

4) Marketing Strategy (25%):
- Create & execute Marketing strategy
- Build up strategy by analyzing 3C, 4P
- Create & execute communication plan (IBC) through product, shop-front, ATL and BTL
- Create BTL ideas including claiming & AW of POSM
- Create and execute MK campaign in collaboration with BP team
- Create P/L plan with PD team and well manage it (MI, BP) by price guideline (Normal consumer price, Promotion consumer price, retailer price, retailer margin)
- Well collaborate with all related departments and business partners to implement strategy effectively and smoothly

5) Consumer Understanding (20%):
- Analyze Brand Power Survey
- Conduct research for understanding consumers if needed with Japan Business Unit (BU) and PD

6) TCR contribution (5%):
- Initiate and promote plan to contribute to company profit through TCR idea

7) Coaching (5%):
- Coach other Brand members (Subordinates)

8) Paper work (10%):
- Do paper work related to many things

9) Other (5%):
- Do assignment from direct superior

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: At least Bachelor’s Degree, a certain level of English skill
- Job-related experience: At least 3-5 years engaged in brand management and Brand strategy in FMCG
- Specific knowledge: Skilled in creation and execution of marketing strategy
- Business understanding: Good knowledge of brand in charge, Consumers and Competitors
