As part of the Integrator of Container Logistics vision, Sealand Asia (SAS) aims to grow Logistics & Services (L&S). This will require SAS to deliver great customer experience both Ocean and L&S.

This role will focus to ensure we deliver such experience and the key responsibilities include:
• Take the lead to work on any initiative that will help achieve the aim for L&S, search for opportunity of value that CS could contribute – including but not limit to promoting products/services, seeking business opportunities
• Enhance knowledge of L&S continually and be the person that the team can go to for guidance plus help the team develop their own L&S knowledge
• Guide customers with end-to-end ocean & L&S services. Understand customers and work on customers’ feedback for internal process and customers’ experience improvement
• Be a primary point of contact for customer, be the Customer advocate internally to take ownership all issues, have proactiveness in handling issues with sense of urgency/importance and with long-term solutions.
• Comply existed processes, and continuously find area to improve its efficiency – no limit at any department – just for the company’s benefit overall.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, namely Maersk for external, to ensure optimal delivery of L&S execution
• Understand claims policy and its impact on company assets and handle with relevant desks to improve customer experience
• Always behave in a manner consistent with and loyal to the A.P. Moller – Maersk values.

• Experienced in supply-chain customer service – especially who has experienced in working directly with trucker, WND-team (warehouse and distribution), Customs-clearance-team, etc.)
• Be creative and have can-do attitude
• High ambitious and continuously self-development
• Be motivated when dealing with challenge with result-oriented
• Adapt to change easily and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently in both Vietnamese and English
• Energetic, Well-organized, Self-Initiated and good coordination skill
• High sense of urgency and high team-work spirit
• Customer oriented and result oriented with good in analysis and problem-solving skills to look beyond the obvious and identify creative solutions
• Able to multi-task and adapt in the fast pace environment under high pressure
