Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Responsible for analyzing, planning, designing, coordinating and conducting training needs and training programs for all employees based on demands in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of employee.
2. Assist department heads in the selection and training of department trainers.
3. Interact with individuals outside the hotel but not limited to training including association members, training and personnel staff from competitor hotels etc.
4. In charge of employee development: work with the head of department to recognize the talents to build the talent pool.
5. Assist HR Director in creating HR strategy

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Local candidates with experience in the similar position/field are preferred.
2. Proficient communication in both Vietnamese & English.
3. Presentable and service-minded.
