DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deliver support and helpdesk service for office staff: mail, network, printer, office software, antivirus, Wi-Fi, etc.
2. Deliver support and help desk service for store staff: POS software, printer, scanner, network, etc.
3. Manage and operate POS system: monitor and manage service, interface, create and manage user. Fix issue and report issue to suppliers
4. Manage and control IT physical asset: PC, Laptop, POS, printers
5. Other tasks as and when assigned by the Company

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS

• College/University Degree with IT major
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
• Experience in working in MNC and Retail Industry is favorable
• English: at least level B
• Be able to communicate in Japanese is favorable
• Good knowledge in Microsoft OS, TCP/IP
• Good knowledge in POS terminal and equipment
• Work hard, be able to work under pressure
• Be able to work in shift, weekend or holiday if required
• Trustworthy, sincerity
