Job Purpose:
Hardware and network problem resolution to all computer users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by step solutions; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed; troubleshoot network printer/scanner/projector problems; conduct hardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting; and perform related work as required.
System admins are charged with installing, supporting, and maintaining servers or other computer systems, and planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.
Network admin are charged with installing, supporting, and maintaining network devices & firewall devices & Wi-Fi devices, and planning and responding to service outages and other problems, design topology follows the standard of Regional.
Telephone admin are charged with troubleshoot issue relate telephone system/video conference; consultant technical relate telephone/video conference system to APM department.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
·        Identify, diagnosis, and resolve Level One problems for users of personal computer software and hardware, network, the Internet and new computer technology; communicates solutions to end-users.
·        Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone for approved PC software.
·        Delivers, tags, sets up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
·        Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer/scanner problems, PC hardware problems and mainframe, e-mail, Internet, dial-in, and local-area network access problems
·        Coordinates timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
·        User administration (setup and maintaining account) & Maintaining system.
·        Monitor system performance, verify that peripherals are working properly and Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure.
·        Install software & Create a backup and recovery policy.
·        Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out.
·        Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network. Setup security policies for users, must have a strong grasp of computer security (e.g. firewalls and intrusion detection systems).
·        Monitor bandwidth of all network link CIMB Viet Nam.
·        Control file server both sites: HCM & HN.
·        Control tapes & Server backup & Tape library in HCM Site.
·        Monitor & control all network & firewall devices both sites: HCM & HN.

Business Performance and Management
·        Planning, modelling, assessing the development of the system, selecting the right solution for the costliest investment, and delivering the best business support.
·        Assess the current status of the incident, give direction to solve the problem in a short time.
·        Complies with regional standards, ensuring that the development / processing of system errors minimizes the impact on business units.
·        Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time

Regulatory Compliance
·        Ensures all Group CIMB VietNam operations are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations
·        Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (eg. File Server, Antivirus, Security on Servers/Network/Firewall devices, etc. ) and external auditors

Technical/Functional skills

•        Manage and build good systems and network securty according to international standards.
•        Build quality services across the all system.
•        Having good knowledge about the Network: router / switch / firewall..
•        Having good knowledge about the System: File Server/ Mail Server / AD Server / Radius…
•        Having good knowledge about the Telephone: PBX Avaya / Cisco.
•        Having good knowledge about the Video Conference: Cisco / Avaya / Sony / Open Source…..
•        Having 5 times for moving Data Center.
•        Having 3 times for design / planning / building / maintainance all in Data Center & Data Recovery.

Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])
•        Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals for clients, whenever necessary
•        Dynamic, honest.
•        Willing to learn new things.
•        Ability to communicate well.
