Mô Tả Công Việc

- feedback the requirements from customer via phone (check telex release, check journal leg, check procedure….)
- receive claims from customers
- contact with relevant party (port, feeder agent, customs, POL … ) to check and solve
- asking customers to provide documents, submit to Head Office and feedback to customers the solution

- receive list from feeder agent , CMA port
- send email to relevant parties to correct information
- check special information to mark on DO ( IMO, special containers, short shipped, SOC, part loaded cont..)
- update information to total list
- print DO
- print telex , special repark if any
- update list of vessel to CMS
- send list of vessels to equipment team to update movement
- send list to import team to release DO

- receive list from GAIA
- send long idle notice 1st time, 2nd time to CNEE
- send long idle notice 1st time, 2nd time to SHIPPER/ HO
- contact with CNEE to update status
- upate status weekly to BOM
- follow processing to clear long ilde
- contact with partner to clear long idle ( customs, CNEE, new partner )
- work with accountant to clear pending charge in system

- check with CMA POL in case CNEE asking for revise and ask CMA POL contact with shipper for revise B/L
- ask CMA POL contact with shipper to provide docs (LOI of shipper, contract of shipper with new CNEE )
- contact with old CNEE to ask them provide LOR incase shipper want to change CNEE
- ask CMA POL check with shipper for amendment fee ( as tariff), update fee to system, issue invoice
- submit docs to vendor to work with local customs ( B/L, MNF, LOI, LOR, contract, official letter of CMA to revise BL)
- resubmit EDI to customs system
- reissue DO

- Release DO to customer

- send debit ( local charge, DD, ocean freight) to customer
- Work with authorities for import cargo ( local customs, economic police, …)
- work with local customs/authorities about import cargo
- back up counter release do, issue receipt, issue deposit
- issue debit to customer

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Management, Import-Export is a plus
- Functional knowledge & Experiences: fresh graduate; 1 year experience with the same position in shipping/Freight Forwarding is a plus
- Competencies: Good interpersonal skill, organized, careful, team spirit, thorough, integrity, proactive
- Language: have a good command of English
- Computer: Advanced level in MS Office
