I. Selling Activity:
Allocate time and call frequency at least 40 quality sales calls per month with sales executives to key dealers/accounts: Shop S, A, and B. ASM is required to directly cover all S shops, MBM, chain stores.
Weekly update customer profile and customer report
Prepare written sales presentation, price quotations, and negotiate delivery, availability and incentive for key accounts. Follow up on back orders.
Ensure up-to-date products knowledge and selling skills.
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and markets: collect competitive information and compile for presenting to relevant marketing teams.
II. Business Reporting:
Carry out weekly, monthly review of sales operation and report to sales head the following:
Weekly, monthly actual KPI achievement (Quantity, Amount, ASP, SMS accuracy and coverage)
Weekly, monthly market coverage performance, SMS performance
Market analysis based on historical sales data, market information gathered by sales executives and other sources to have a better market understanding and competitors' moves.
III: MBO:

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: BA degree or above with major of international trade, Business administration , Marketing .
• Related experience: at least 3 years work experience in Sales management level within a multiple company (and preferably electronic)
• Special knowledge & skills: fluent English both oral and written, familiar in office soft.
• Good communication skill and team work spirit.
• Leadership skills.
• Can work well under stress.
• Good at communication & negotiation.
