Mô Tả Công Việc

This Will be Managerial Role that will lead the whole HR team

To contribute towards the Company’s business performance by leading and providing professional HR management services, ensuring compliance with local law and regulations at all times

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes but not limited to the following:

Recruitment and Selection
Design and manage the recruitment and selection process.
Train, coach and guide managers on interview techniques and managing
interviews.
Ensure the integrity of the employment processes are consistently
applied including employment letters in line with the Company’s principles
and local legislations.
Develop and manage relationships with tertiary institutions and manages
graduate recruitment.
Develop a country resourcing plan in line with business plan.
Manage relationships with, and costs of, external recruiters.

Learning and Development

Analyse training needs and implements an annual training plan.
Conducts appropriate induction and on-boarding plan for new employees.
Conducts training and facilitate programs as appropriate.

Performance Management

Manage annual Performance Review & Development (PRD) program,
outcomes and follow up actions with managers and supervisors.

Coaching and Counselling

Coach managers and supervisors on employee
management/relationship issues.
Provide additional direct support and counselling to staff on employment,
development and career issues.
Mediate workplace differences and disputes.
Provide direct support in performance management, disciplinary and
employee relations’ issues.

Building Organisational Capability

Works with the CEO and management teams on specific development
and succession planning needs.
Manage the graduate development program.
Monitor and addresses staff retention issues.
Develop, introduce and coordinate Mentoring programs.

Operational HR, Policy and Legal Compliance

Develop and ensure HR policies, procedures and processes are
consistent with legal requirements and practices.
Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.

Remuneration

Design and implement compensation and benefits policy.
Manage the payroll system.
Provide remuneration information on industry and market data and
trends.
Supports Managers in the annual remuneration review process.

HR Information Management

Manage HR data and produce HR statistics / reports.

Occupational Health and Safety

Overview compliance with local legislation and company policy and
ensure required training is provided to employees.
Coordinate with project HSE officers on site employee health & safety.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource or Advanced Diploma in HR or equivalent
Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in the related field, preferably in multi-national company.
Excellent command of English (speak, read, write)
Ability to speak French is an added advantage.
Preferably someone who can start immediately.
Experienced in a start-up company is an added advantage.
Able to work with tight datelines, and effectively as part of a high performing team.
Self-motivated, team player, good interpersonal and leadership skills, with high level of integrity.
Excellent with MS Office applications.
