Mô Tả Công Việc

II/ Scope of work/ Phạm vi công việc:
This role will report to the HR Manager. Highly synergic role demanding a proactive and independent individual with well-rounded HR General background.
This position is supporting to HR Manager in Hiring, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, include but not limited other HR main responsibilities.
III/ Job responsibilities:
A. Staffing support:
- Update job requirements, job descriptions for all positions in the Holdings and Subsidiaries.
- Providing work devices & tools preparation for newcomers.
- Following up for the collection of completed personal documents from new employees.
- Making announcement of new employees arrival to all branches via email.
- Carry process of Probation Review.
- Do turnover report monthly, quarterly and yearly.
B. Training responsibilities:
- Performing new employee orientation training and coordinating induction training for newcomers.
- Implementing to train for all employees the internal systems launched (if any)
- Supporting other departments for arranging in-house training or external training.
- Combining with CJ VN HQ to enhance internal training courses.
- Collecting the training requests & checking the availability of the requested training course and getting approval from HRM/ MSD Head for proper arrangement.
- Searching, evaluating and selecting the qualified training suppliers
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.
- Collecting New Employment Initial Training record before new employee's probation end-date.
- Providing data records/ inputs HR KPI report monthly & yearly.
- Performing HR’s data input in the system: for training needs & plan, validation request submission, achievement updating.

C. Recruitment:
- Identifying, connecting or networking candidates to build-up strong database in the market
- Sourcing, approaching and attracting candidates who are actively or passively looking for new move at the time being by sharing job opportunities.
- Work closely with line managers to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose suitable solutions under specific timelines
- Work with the internal sourcing team and line manager to address the right candidates (they will support in searching, interviewing and selection)
- Work with recruitment agencies to get the jobs posted on the company's website (if any), job boards, and social media.
- Act as a consultant to candidates and passionately share our company’s values
- Facilitate English and off-line tests and also facilitate interviews with line managers
- Ensure the expectations of the candidates and those of the company are both met
- Maintain daily updates on recruitment.
- Participate in daily short meetings with the Team/Manager

D. Others:
- Updating directory/ organizational chart/ layout.
- Coordinating with BU Managers to update Job Descriptions.
- Updating labor laws & other legal requirements relating to HR.
- Playing the role as organizing team members for events/ activities of the company.
- Collecting performance appraisal & performing PA report with all details inputs.
- Performing some documents translation.
- Participate in other HR tasks, projects, initiatives to develop HR policy, include carry out employees satisfaction survey.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

2. Out-side/ Bên ngoài Công ty: Traning centers, Authorities.
IV/ Indicator of sucesss (KPI)/ Tiêu chí đo lường mức độ thành công của vị trí
1. At least 90% hiring request & training courses met deadline.
2. 100% employees data updated correctly and timely.
4. 100% reports/documents submitted to Superiors & Authorities correctly and timely.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

V/ Qualification Requirements/ Yêu cầu về trình độ học vấn:
1. Education/ Trình độ học vấn: University
2. Professional/ Trình độ chuyên môn: HR related major is advantage
3. Language Skill/ Trình độ ngoại ngữ: Fair English (4 skills)
4. Office Skill/ Trình độ tin học VP: MS office, especially Power point.
5. Working Experiences/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc: At least 03 years experience in Hiring or HR General
6. Personal Characteristics/ Đặc điểm cá nhân: integrity, reliable personality, serious attitude
7. Others (if any)/ Y/c khác (nếu có): Knowledge in Labor Law is a plus.
